Refunds will not be issued for any disruptions or damages resulting from such activities.

     

2. Refund Conditions

  • Mailer Software: Refunds for our email mailer software will only be considered if the software fails to function as described in our service documentation. To request a refund, you must provide detailed information about the issue and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it.

     

  • Landing Page and Email HTML: We offer revisions to landing pages and email HTML as part of our service. If you are dissatisfied with the final product due to errors or omissions, we will amend the content accordingly. Refunds will not be issued for changes or dissatisfaction related to the design or content once the final version has been delivered and accepted.

     

  • SEO Services: We do not offer refunds for SEO services, especially if performance improvements are reflected in Google Analytics or other tracking tools. SEO is an ongoing process with variable results, and refunds are not applicable based on performance metrics.

     

  • Leads Pack: Refunds will not be issued for our Leads Pack. Once the leads are delivered, they are considered final, and we do not provide refunds for lead generation services.

     

  • URL Shortener and SMTP Services: We do not offer refunds for our URL shortener or SMTP services. Once these services are provided and implemented, they are non-refundable.

     

  • Promotional and Mass Email Campaigns: Refunds for promotional and mass email campaigns are only available if the campaign has not started. Requests for refunds must be made within one day of purchase. Once the campaign is underway, no refunds will be issued.
